Since Pegroco Invest AB (publ) is the new main shareholder in Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (Enviro) through the acquisition of KL Ventures II AB, Stefan Winström has been appointed chairman of the Election Committee. The changes among the main shareholders in connection with the previous rights issue have no other effect on the Election Committee.
On December 29, 2016 Pegroco Invest AB acquired all shares in KL Ventures II AB and became the largest shareholder in Enviro. KL Ventures II AB now appoints Stefan Winström from Pegroco Invest AB to represent them in the Election Committee. His appointment starts as of now and he replaces Staffan Gavel.
The second, third, fourth and fifth largest shareholders have all declined the possibility to appoint a representative, which means that there are no other changes in the Election Committee. The current sixth and seventh largest shareholders, Hans Andersson Recycling AB and Lennart Persson, therefore have the same representation as before in the Election Committee.
In the next coming General Meeting the Election Committee will consist of:
- Stefan Winström (chairman), appointed by KL Ventures II AB
- Johan Berggren, appointed by Hans Andersson Recycling AB
- Lennart Persson
- Stig-Arne Blom, Chairman of the Board, Enviro
The Election Committee represents in total 30,4 percent of the votes of all shares in Enviro per December 31, 2016. The assignment of the Election Committee is unchanged compared to before.
