For the seventh year in a row ÅF has published its Green Advisor Report, which presents how the company works all around the world with its customers and cooperation partners to implement assignments and projects related to sustainability. This year's report includes a focus on the circular economy and contains a report about how Enviro's patented process facilitates just that. "We are very proud to work with ÅF and be part of this year's Green Advisor Report. As one of Sweden's largest industrial consultancy companies, ÅF plays an important role in Sweden's sustainability efforts; a role they take very seriously", says Thomas Sörensson, Enviro's CEO.
Every year, ÅF publishes a Green Advisor Report which describes a selection of the company's projects aimed at sustainable solutions on an economic, social or ecological perspective. One of the case studies describes how Enviro's CFC process is a major step towards solving the global environmental problem that used tyres represent.
"Enviro and ÅF have a joint objective to develop sustainable and profitable activities. We also share the view that the transformation to a circular economy is decisive in contributing to a sustainable future", says Thomas Sörensson.
ÅF and Enviro have cooperated previously, on the design of Enviro's recycling plant in Åsensbruk. During the autumn, yet another cooperation has begun, this time a Basic Design for a recycling plant for mining tyres in Chile.
"We had our first contact with Scandinavian Enviro Systems back in 2008, and realised the potential of their solution and methodology", explains Tomas Lundkvist, project manager at ÅF, in this year's Green Advisor Report.
