Bengt Andersson has elected to resign as board member after more than 10 years as a member of the Board of Directors of Scandinavian Enviro Systems (Enviro or the Company).
Bengt Andersson has elected to resign from the Board of Directors per 2018-01-02.
He has represented Hans Andersson Recycling AB (HA), which is one of the bigger shareholders in the Company. The reason that Bengt now elects to resign is that HA has been taken over by the Veolia Group.
The owners currently have no plan to replace Bengt Andersson in the board of Enviro.
