The jury of the Swedish Recycling Awards named Enviro Waste Management of the year 2016. Enviro CEO Thomas Sörensson arrived at the event directly from a Chile-visit, where Enviro met with the environmental ministry.

– Sweden has historically been a leading country in environmental and sustainability work, and we are both happy and proud to contribute to the development of Swedish clean technology. The Swedish Recycling Awards is an important initiative and a major arena for highlighting leading Swedish cleantech.

Enviro’s international potential is shown in the fact that CEO Thomas Sörensson continuously meets with interested parties in Europe, South America, the Middle East and South Africa. The next stop before Christmas is China.

– We expect to sell the first recycling plant in the near future. Our patented technology for profitable recycling of used tyres contributes to solving a global environmental problem, says Thomas Sörensson.

With real entrepreneurship and a unique technology, Enviro solves a recycling problem for a waste fraction that has previously been seen as a major problem.
