Board Member of Scandinavian Enviro Systems Resigns at Her Own Request

Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) (“Enviro” or the “Company”) today announces that board member Helene Svahn has resigned from her position on the Board of Directors at her own request, effective as of today. Helene Svahn has been a member of Enviro’s Board since the Annual General Meeting in 2025.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Helene for her short but valuable contribution as a Board member of Enviro. We wish her every success in her other assignments,” says Chair of the Board Ewa Björling.

Following Helene Svahn’s resignation, the Board of Directors will consist of five members, which is in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s Articles of Association. The Board of Directors remains quorate.
